Working through off-training right now. Moving on to build-up next week and going to do a 6 week stint of build up then get back into the cycles, although without a track (will do intervals in a local loop I have due to snow).
Next race is a half marathon in Feb so will be bumping long runs to 2 HR for a couple of months.
