yes .. stick to achieving 8.30 on your 2k runs
however if you feeling OK on the last 2 x 2k then increase the pace to 4.10 per k = 8.20
after feedback of this session we can see what pace the 1k session can be, because your 5k speed is at sub 4 minutes per k

ps.. keep the easy runs as easy as possible below 130 to 140 bpm for now .. provide feedback of this please
