Today I decided to do a 4k time trial instead of the 400m sprints. I assumed this would be ok because it was the same distance at a similar intensity. Good news is that I knocked off 25 seconds in two and half weeks which is a massive confidence boost! Next milestone would be to get this under 16 mins which would mean I'd be well on target for 20m 5k.
