I hope so. Today did my long run, 25 k in 2h 19min. My hip flexors hurt a little during most of the run (i think is my weak point). I'm almost decided to run the Marathon on Sept. 11, so I shall be starting your special plan with the beginning of August (even if I haven't progressed that much on the 10K plan).
