Youôre probably right.
This week I ran 1h easy twice and everything looks back to normal. I was able to run a little faster than normal (6:15/km instead of 6:27/km) at the same heart rate level, around 148.
Tomorrow morning I have a commitment I canôt postpone and I wonôt be able to have the 2k session in the morning, but it will be done at night.
