Alright. Well what do you reckon is best?
I know I've been making some progress the last 3 weeks or so, and I feel I will meet/exceed my goal of sub 40 on Oct. 10th.
So a 4K Time Trial? Or a 5-8K hard run?
I'll be doing which ever session on the crusher dust trail behind my home that has all KM's marked off, so it will be pretty accurate.
What will give me better fitness feedback and provide me with more information about where to go with my training in your expert opinion
