Hey. Missed the 10km easy run on monday because I forgot my shoes (of all things).
Looking forward to the 1km reps. I will be doing them on the indoor track, unlessa it is super crowded.
The 25 laps would be sub20 5km time trial.better to do it on the 200m indoor track (that is completely flat) or
Just set the treadmill to a sub20 pace? Also, next weekend is the 10km race, but I don't have one to run. Friend on a bike and time trial it?
