am pulse is on waking up .. rested and relaxed .. even while in bed if you want
rest day tomorrow would do no harm
Tuesday you can consider a 30 minute run at anticipated 10k race pace
BUT .. don't run crazy
feel comfortable but at a slightly faster pace than normal easy runs
start of easy and build up the tempo
you meant to feel good doing this and you should feel as though you could do more
