I took the easy option as my leg is still not 100%
40 mins 5k easy not going above hr of 123.
Leg is on the mend. I am looking forward to coming back and hitting the quality runs at full pace with much easier easy/recovery runs.
Day 10 today 9.3k 60mins keeping hr below 123 :whistle:
Looking forward to the paced 5k or can i do the 1000s here instead as i missed those earlier in the week :p
It was going to be the 19th but i have to do stuff with my son so i was thinking of maybe doing an 8k time trial on the 18th. Sound ok?
I want to get a fast run into see how i'm progressing.
