Easy 30mins - i got my schedule in a bit of a mess. But it will all come good for the 15th March Race day.
5.5k 30mins ahr121 mhr129. Sorry tomorrow is the big day not the thursday after all.:confused:

you have come back nicely since when you were 'poorly' at the beginning of the year

Are you able to do the 1000's this Tuesday or are you doing it on a Wednesday?
because if you run with your current cycle you can race on the 15th March without problem Cheers TheEd

I'll just drop 05 longest run - 'time on feet' up to 1Hr 30min
And do the 1000's on wednesday - then i'm back on plan. Sound ok? :confused: |
