Hi ED,
just a round up of the weekends training I did 45 minutes easy Friday and 1 hour easy Saturday. Sunday I took as a rest day as I have been chasing the recovery all week after the race and 2x2 k 4x1 k so felt it best I skip the pace run of 5k today and go into the last week of cycle a bit fresh. not sure if to run the 400s or 3x5 mins ? Hopefully just squeeze this race in would be a shame to miss it but will know more by mid week. That's all for now was good to have a lay in this morning as opposed to been up 5am and training. All for now regards jon.
