Hi Ed,
The shocks are now down to 1 or two a day it was a trapped nerve behind the knee.
I figure that when i get no shocks a day can start training again.

In india now also so been really careful not to hurt it other wise ill be going home.

Just a few lines to say happy new year. Will be moving on to build up jan the 1st as ive finished the off period..
Looking at doing 3 weeks build up and then move on to a 10k program.
18th march is BMAF cross country so gearing up to do it in liverpool.
