The 4k trial run last week was as planned. My weight has also gone down by 2Kgs to 60Kg.Feeling good and hope to get back to 58Kg to deliver my previous PB.

I have started with cycle-2 with 2k@4.35 and 1k@4.25
I have a race scheduled for Jan-31 with 2 weeks left. Should I carry on with the same workouts for the cycle and run the 10k race instead of the 5k paced run ?
Hi Ed,
The 2*4k didn't go as planned. I was feeling weak and tired before the run and knew I was not fit enough. Did 2*2k and then was not feeling good so did 2*1k and could not continue. Hope to recover for the 6*1K workout.
The weekend 10k race was a disaster. I completed in 50.45.The first half was good and on track , it was on the 7k, that I began to get cramps in my stomach and stopped. From there on it was a slow until finish.
