i did the 5 x 1 km session last night.
1 km - 4:26
1 km - 4:24
1 km - 4:21
1 km - 4:36
1 km - 4:26
My training is composed mostly of the 5 x1 k, sub 25min 5k, 3 x 2k. I wonder if i should add any other workouts such as the "time on feet up to 1Hr 45min" ?
Which workout i should be focusing more in order to help me achieve a better time than a sub 50 on 10k.
