thanks for the feed back. i started to go for 2 mins break in my 5 x 1 km. and my average was 22:35
i have a 10km race this sat, i am just wondering what would you recommend or best strategy to achieve a sub 50. do i run a even 5mins/km or slow in the first 5 km and speed up the rest of the 5 km ?
