30 min easy yesterday tried for 130 BPM (set my HR monitor to beep if I exceeded) ended up averaging around 135 BPM or so... which was about 5:30-5:40 KM..
You were right it felt like I was going too slow, but I've never done an off training period like this and I got great results so far with your guidance and programs and intend to continue as gospel until I see otherwise
