raced an impromptu 5000m today on the track. Hadn't raced on a track in 18 years. Was a bit disappointed with the time, 18:06' I developed a stitch after the 3rd K. I had a race plan to go out for 17:30, but it was fun none the less.
My next race is 2weeks, a 21 K wante your input on what to do this coming week? Should I start with week 1 of the cycle and then do a week 3 leading up to the race?
