Just an update on my most recent 2000's sessions. I made a concious effort to add in some speed to these over my past session. The last rep was tough, reminded me of the sessions I did last summer and how I knew at the end of it I had given it my all I don't know if a 5-6 second variation would be considered consistent or not though.
