Good point. The floor will likely take most of Saturday and Sunday to do, which will make both of those days write offs.

T - Day 3 - 5 x 2K
W - Day 4 Off
T - Day 5 Long Run
F - Day 6 OFF
S - Day 7 OFF
S - Day 8 OFF
M -Day 9 10K
T - Day 10 6 x 1K
