Hi there coach,
I had a cold at the beginning of the week and did not feel up to running, so I let myself rest for a few days. I feel quite good today - back to normal.
I'm thinking of slotting in a few 30-40min easy runs for the next 3 days, and then start a new cycle on Sunday. How does this sound?
