Another good session today. All on fairly flat grass in pretty strong wind. I meant to do it yesterday but had to have a rest day due to family duties.
4k tempo (3:28-3:32)
10x400 off 60s: 71, 71, 67, 68, 69, 68, 69, 68, 67, 66
The tempo section felt tougher than it should have but the 400's felt great.
Thinking I might start following the Sub 31 plan rhythm if you think that's ok? Legs are feeling good, no niggles...
I may not do all of the morning double runs (but definitely some) and I'm averaging ~80k+ per week anyway for the past 6-8 weeks.
What do you think?
