OK, thanks, I appreciate that. I'm not duty bound to run them all so I can just see how I feel. I'll keep you posted. So far this week I have:

Tue Rest
Wed 60 min easy
Thurs 30 min easy
Tomorrow (Fri) will be rest
Sat 3x5min @ race pace
Sun 30 min easy
Mon (am) 30 min easy
Tue (pm) Race 1!
