Hey how are you? Sorry for the lack of posts but i have been out sick with the last two weeks
So i have just started back again this week. Training is going well thank god, i haven't lost much fitness if anything the break has done me good.
Took today as my rest day so i'll be doing my 2k session tomorrow :please: not looking forward to that.
Will i still aim for 4:15 - 4:20 for my 2k reps.??
