Okay,
I ended up doing my 60 minutes today
So I've followed the program with the exception of:
Day 2 was hockey instead of 30 minute run
Day 7 was swimming 2 km instead of 30 minute run
Day 9 was hockey instead of 30 minute run
Day 10 I missed my 60 minute run, but swam 2km (I planned to do both yesterday)
Day 10 Did today, Tuesday, one day off schedule, 60:00, 12.46 km, 4:49 per KM, AHR 155, MHR 163.
So I assume you don't want me doing the 5.0 km tomorrow to catch up right?
