What Hr should I aim for at the last 15 min of 65% effort on todays run? (Day 16, build up) rgds

more or less the same effort as the 8 minutes paced the other day
this tempo would be the equivalent to marathon race pace should not go over 160 here enjoy and I hope it is safe TheEd

I had uneven ground today and it was a little difficult running, but I changed route and managed to get through

Hi TheEd!
I'm thinking about skipping todays training. Because of the thawing yesterday there's a thick layer of ice on the streets, so it doesn't feel safe to run the 75% intervals on day 18.. Will it be ok to take it tomorrow instead and move tomorrows rest to today? thankful for a quick response rgds, Christian
