rather not .. go as prescribed
I know running the 5k is fun however it isn't worth pushing yourself over the top currently hope this is bearable TheEd

No running today My cold got a bit worse today. Hope to be able to jog 20min in a few days.

was expected .. we drink at our own peril , if you cautious maybe you won't lose too much form
make sure to hydrate as often as you can hopefully it passes within a day or two Cheers TheEd

My wife brought it home after the marathon. Both her and the kids have been coughing for a week. It was bound to happened

Hi coach!
Going out for a jog today. First since the cold started... Have a bout of sinus problem, but seems to be fine now. Tomorrow I'm going to Danmark for a few days ( Legoland). Can't do quality training until saturday, so you can plan for that. Please advice me about where I should pick up the program. Today and until saturday I'll just jog ok Cheers!

when you away do 1 run up to 1hr and then run every 2nd day thereafter with a 5k or 20 minutes as you feel (whichever comes first)

Did a 1hr jog yesterday. Felt heavy and fat. 5'00/km HAve:141 I'm too lazy to take pics when away, too busy chasing a 7 yr and a 4yr around |
