Hi mausman, the whole plan is to teach the body to perform according to the training process

the programs are progressive, so after a few months of the 3 week cycle it is recommended to go onto the off period and then the build-up
this brings the athlete onto a different level, once the athlete learns and understands the process, it takes the guess work out of what you are doing and what works best for you
