The temperature during the following days should be even worse (towards 35-40c...) so I thought it might be better to change the order of the sessions...
When training for a marathon I'm used to reach ~120km/wk. Do u see any disadvantage for adding some recovery runs (and/or increase the 30min runs to 60 mins..) to the program in order to increase the weekly km to ~90 ?
