Not sure what you mean by that,:confused:
Do i do a long run every Sunday or just day 1 of the cycle? and instead of the 60-70mins, what should i do?...also, will i still do the other "speed sessions" and if so, at what pace?
Sorry if its obviously the same pace,:duh: but i thought that to gain the stamina i will require, i'd be doing more long runs and less speed work?:mmm:
To give u a guide on my Sun run, i can manage 13 miles "comfortably" but have done 15 in the past which i felt was nearing my limit-that was a time on feet of 2hrs approx.
