Ok, took a couple rest days then easy runs sat and sun. Ready to pick back up. Should I continue on this cycle (ie 1k's tomorrow), having missed the 2k and long run, or start a new cycle with the 2k's on Thursday? If I do the latter, we'll just have to cut out a week somewhere to line up with raceday (jul 27)
