Yep, makes sense. I went out for two easy k's (5:08,5:12), then picked up to race pace (3:40,3:46,3:41). Goal was 3:42/k.
Starting to feel like real running - like I'm actually running fast for sustained periods, as opposed to jogging. Of course "fast" is relative, but for me to be stringing together sub 6-minute miles feels pretty good
