Hi TheEd
I didn't have a good race. I didn't manage sub60.
After I crossed the finish line, I was given water to hydrate. After taking a few gulps, I threw up, I was trembling, my body went limp. I was brought to the First Aid room. My blood sugar had gone too low.
I rested in bed the whole day and I feeling ok today.
I thought I ate well for the race. I have another 10km race coming up on 1 Nov. How should I prepare myself so that I won't have the same problem again.
