still be a little cautious now as you have done quality since having the leg problems

so keep the easy runs EASY and 20% less in distance and that is also for the weekend longer runs

after 2 days with easy running today is the rest day!
For tomorrow ( day 12 of training plan) I will go for the 5K paced run - aim for sub 20:00 and I will report back.
