I am recovering fine from the track session of 10 x 400. I did a very easy run yesterday - I cut it to 40 mins to enable full recovery for racing on Saturday. This was a good move as I felt good on my fartlek session today. I have rest day with massage from team physio tomorrow - so I should be in good shape for the championships urf:
