OK .. all of these seem quite fine for a day to day basis however the quadricep training should be maybe twice a week as that session would have the most impact on your legs
when you have quality sessions the most important aspect is to allow the body to absorb and recover
in being able to progress to the next running levels which involve tempo runs etc the body has to recover between sessions, so keep this in mind for your future running development
