I am doing press-ups, abdominal crunch, quadruped arm/leg rise, prone plank, side hover and bodyweight high bridge.
I want to do one set of each of these at home on the floor, before running to work
In addition I have a swissball and do the exercises found in the videos if you search for "swissball exercises for runners". I do these in my office when I need to rest from work in front of the computer (I am sitting on the ball anyways).
If this makes sense, it would fit better in my life than 2 dedicated sessions a week.
