Hi Christian .. you must be careful that you don't develop a pattern that can throw your running out

and if you do want to do such things, then this is fine but you must realise that at times it can come at a cost to your running, so as long as you are not looking for direct running results during this period then all is fine.

so enjoy for now and maybe consider doing the Build Up routine now
