Actually I should say, I plan to take a easy week. First three days rest/ride bike, then some easy running.
Then the next week I'll start a build up phase. The rationale is that I only did two sub 50 10k cycles so far, still feel okay right now. That's why I probably don't need a full three weeks off period. After I finish my half-marathon in 12/12, I will then do a full off period.
What do you think TheEd? Is this workable?
