Robin ... you should have had a REST on Friday
so look to having a rest today (Saturday) and then for tomorrow run 1hr with the last 15 minutes (of the hour, after 45 minutes) at projected half marathon pace (the pace you would like to run in the 21km race)
this is a relaxed session and you should finish feeling full of running
