Okay,
Did my 60 minute day, did the 30 minute day.
Something happened with my Grandmother, she wasn't doing very well. Our trip was possibly jeopardized (even though I cancelled doing the race anyway as my shoulder isn't feeling strong enough).
She passed away last night. :mad:
So I'm going to do whatever training I do to keep myself happy, but no race day or specific training sessions for maybe a week. I've got a 10km race September 25th so 37 days away.
I'll start training for that in a week I guess. Although how should I work that? Assume I take a week off, that leaves 30 days, what should I do for days 1 - 11 before starting the 19 day schedule?
