Hi TheEd - hope you are well.
I started "Off Period" training today. I ran 40 min at ave hr 131 / 4.42 per k.
Most importantly I had no pain during running or after stretching. I have lost a little fitness - but that will return soon with training i think.
I know this is a danger time -I could do too much, too soon.
I plan to go to the gym and do a 30 min easy ROW on the concept2 instead of running tomorrow. I can do my usual strength workout while I am there.
If all goes well I can do 40 min run on Wednesday?
Does this sound ok?
