I ran today - first time since Saturday;
and ...........
35 mins for 7.5 k - no problems :great:
It was a bit tense to be honest - hoping that calf would be ok. Glad to get this done.
Swim tomorrow. Probably go for 30 mins very easy on Saturday and start "off period" training Monday :mrburns:
Looking forward to training for 21k racing now
