They were coming in about 1:15-20 - used to pound dozen's and dozens of these 100's every weekfor some years many years ago when I was in my teens - swimming was my bread and butter. Think my PB in competition was about 00:55-56 secs. Wish I could do that now!
Thought it might help the surfing/paddling and offer up a break from pounding the pavement instead.
Also a good friend of mine has been nagging me to start doing Tri's with him - thought it might a good way to x-train and further enhance the running - my main aim is to still break the 40 min 10k barrier and carry on...or maybe just give up and start basket-weaving instead :whistle:
