Hello TheEd - greetings again to you in Sweden!
I did the planned 5K tempo today on almost the same course as last time and in perfect conditions; 18.41 - ave hr 163 / max 167
I am very pleased with this as the course I chose had slightly more uphill than last time. I did work a bit harder by the HR readings, but shaved 14 seconds off last time out.
I should cover 72 kilos this week after tomorrows run.
I will do 10 x 400 Monday / fartlek Wednesday and race 10k Saturday. urf:
