you must monitor your waking pulse to see whether there is fatigue or other when you wake up
it is not so much about not coping with a session but more to do with how the mind reacts to what you may call a set-back
you cannot feel great every day and especially considering not so long ago you felt a little down and out
you are coming back OK so keep feeding yourself positive vibes
