I learned today that it's best sticking to the schedule.
I you miss a day you miss a day!
I went in thinking I could do the 1000s but my heart wasn't into it as i was off schedule and i started thinking of doing an easy 30.
I decided to do the 1000s and struggled out the first 2 and then got my mind in the right place.
Managed them at 3.50 per set on the treadmill of course.
Right quad and hamstring ache a bit. But hopefully that's a good ache!:confused:
