I did the all 2k sets in 8 mins so not too bad.
I missed my easy 30mins yesterday.
I'll get back on track with an easy 10k today.

Just done the 10k in 50mins treadmill. Inside left thigh and right hamstring a little sore during running. Is that because i missed the easy 30 yesterday. Resting them up now, seem ok.
