yeah thats finaly there .. that was not easy for me at all..
im gonna change now for 6 weeks to a other program just to get a bit change..
also becaus im dooing much more strength training after running
yesterday i did a 5k.. but it was horrible..
so many beginner mistakes.. whaa i could shoot myself..
did 24mins 5k..
but i started way way to fast..so half way in i was done and it slowed me down very much..
not good not good... well at least i know what i did wrong
i just miscaculated a bit lol..
