Hey TheEd,
coming just to ask something to you. I'm introducing the strenght training again in my routine, after a few years that I quit the powerlifting competitions. But I'm guessing what could be the 2 or 3 days that match better in our program?
For now, I'm planning to training the legs and calves once a week and the upper body twice.
I'm backing to the gym after listen to many friends that I'm too skinny lol (Sure, they said that before the visit of my parents.. mom food equal extra kilos )
