do note, that 16 minutes is not a bad marker, it is something to go forward with, however it does show that there is a little work to be done to be on target of training towards a sub 40 minute 10k, however, things can often click right after the 6 x 1k session
the 5 x 2k can at times be a hard session to feel totally great about
so if we look to the Thursday 2k session, what pace do you think you should be doing them at according to the 4k time-trial?
